Aeron leads a group of elite soldiers for the king. Their duty is to watch over and protect the citizens of the city. He excels in combat and is a natural leader. The king trusts him with his most important missions, often sending Aeron on journeys far beyond the reaches of Featherbrook City.
Isabel is very strong, opinioned and fights for what she believes in. Her father, Voss Isler, often blankets her with overprotection, but she desires to stand on her own two feet. Isabel's beauty and elegance shine in the midst of the glorious city and its inhabitants. A true princess she is.
Devin earned Aeron's trust and proved his abilities by defeating him in Starblade. He quickly became Aeron's top Guardian and most skilled swordsman. Devin often comes off as arrogant--but most people within the city do think he is the best swordfighter since King Silas.
Ian Conn displayed his exceptional combat and leadership skills during the civil war. Shortly after, he became the new commander of Featherbrooks' army. It has been said that time heals all wounds, but for Ian, the scars of war ran much deeper than even time could mend.
Balnor is one of the elite Guardians who watch over the city. If he isn't fighting, he's eating--and if he isn't eating, well. . . His short fuse often gets him into trouble, but with his massive strength and size, he doesn't seem to mind. His sword technique is not exceptional, but his brawling combat style can handle even the best swordsman.
Joslin spends most of her free time with either her boyfriend, Aeron, or her best friend, Isabel. She loves to watch the Starblade matches with Isabel, and actually, her first encounter with Aeron was at one of his matches. Since then, Joslin has been inseparable from the Isler family.
